The Parent Movement to Preserve K-3 Class-Size Ratio and Teachers' Jobs

We are a group of parents who are organizing our school community at to be a voice to the board.

We want them to hear that it is NOT alright to increase the K-3 class-size ratio in order to avoid spending from the district’s emergency reserve funds.

We want to be a unified voice from all schools in CVUSD to urge them to use the emergency reserve funds to save teacher jobs and preserve the 1:25 teacher-student ratio we currently hold for our kindergarten through third-grade students.

We need to work together to push for the board to think outside the box and NOT use lay-offs as their first resort.
