Castro Valley Track Club offers USA Track and Field for youth, ages 12th grade to 2nd grade (with high schoolers joining once their school season ends).
Practices are Monday through Thursday for the last 90 minutes of day light.
Locations vary among Canyon Middle School, Lake Chabot, and CV High School.
