Chabot College in Hayward will host world-renowned composer Frank Ticheli as guest conductor at the 5th Annual Chabot College Wind Band Festival and Wind Symphony Concert on Friday, Feb. 25, in the Reed L. Buffington Visual and Performing Arts Center. Fifteen high school bands from across the Bay Area will perform at the festival.
