Ghost Gun With Drum Magazine Seized In Hayward

HAYWARD, CA — The Hayward Police Department's Special Duty Unit recovered several illegal guns, including a ghost gun, in south Hayward in late May.

The photo above shows some of the recovered items: a ghost rifle with a 100 round capacity drum style magazine, a Mac 10 equipped with a silencer, and a Glock handgun with an extended magazine.

Investigators also recovered suspected narcotics.

No one was injured during the investigation.

Hayward Police have recovered Approximately 100 guns so far this year.
