The parade made its way down Redwood Road and into the athletic stadium where students were greeted by music, dancing and plenty of cheering.
Current CVHS students weren't the only ones to enjoy the festivities. School alumni made their way back to their alma mater to relive the homecoming memories they once shared with their graduating classes. The community also got a chance to get in on the action.

"It's a great opportunity for us to come together with the greater community and celebrate" said CVHS principal Mary Ann Valles.
The afternoon was capped off by a rally lead by student leadership before preparations began for the evening's game.
