The 2019 list compiled by San Francisco Business Times varies from carpentry to cleaning services to tech solutions.
HAYWARD, CA — If you're looking to change jobs, here are four companies that could provide you with a stellar future. San Francisco Business Times has compiled its 2019 list of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area and four are in Hayward.
In fact, the 100 companies on the list have created almost 10,000 new jobs since 2016.
Coming in at number 10 on the list is SeaBay Building Group at 23575 Cabot Blvd. in Hayward. The general contractor does commercial construction, tenant improvements and property maintenance, and logged an impressive 427.63 percent change in business.

Also in the Top 20, at number 18, is Ingram Fire Protection at 23785 Cabot Blvd., Suite 301 in Hayward. The commercial fire protection subcontractor saw a 257.61 percent change in business.
At 77 on the list is OnQ Solutions at 24540 Clawtier Road in Hayward. The manufacturer of custom retail displays notched a 63.29 percent change in business.

The final Hayward business on the list is number 83 Corefact, at 20936 Cabot Blvd. The company does print and digital marketing for the real estate and mortgage industries, and managed a 47.25 percent change in business.
