Hayward Pedestrian Killed: Police Seek Witnesses

HAYWARD, CA — Hayward resident Daoud Marzi, 86, was killed Saturday while crossing the street at Calaroga Avenue and Southgate Street.

The driver of the vehicle that struck him was not injured, and remained at the crash scene to cooperate with the police investigation.

Police are seeking witnesses to the crash, which happened at 4:10 p.m.
