Hayward Woman Missing Since May Found Safe
Police thanked the community for their help in finding her.
HAYWARD, CA — A woman who had been reported missing in Hayward since May was found safe over the weekend, police said Monday.
Elaine Youngigie, 67, had last been seen around noon on May 19 in the area of Belhaven Court and was reported missing later that day.
Police said on Twitter Monday morning that Youngigie was found safe on Saturday, although more details about where and when she was found were not released.
