How To Join Local 4-H Groups

Did you know there are at least two 4-H clubs for youngsters in the Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Hayward area?

The Redwood 4-H meets monthly, most of the year, on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at in Castro Valley. This club welcomes youth age 5 to 18. The Palomares 4-H group meets the second Wednesday of each month, most of the year,  at 7 p.m. at the at 20835 Rutledge Road.  This club welcomes youth age 6 through 19. You can contact Lynn Franks at 510-701-4763  lynnsbuns@aol.com. You can view the club's website here.
