KIPP King Women's Soccer End Season Undefeated

The Lady Lions now advance to the BACSAC playoff quarter finals.

The KIPP King Collegiate High School women’s soccer team took the field at the Duck Pond Park yesterday to battle out their last home game of the Bay Area Charter Schools Athletic Conference (BACSAC) season, winning 4-0 over Oakland International High School.

The Lady Lions end the season with an undefeated 12-0 record.

Now focus turns to the post-season, where they hope  to clinch their first ever BACSAC championship title.

Last season, the women's team lost in the championship game.

“I’m definitely happy and impressed with our 12-0 season,” said coach Judah Lakin. “But as we go into the playoffs I don’t want the kids to think that they can’t lose.”
