Lake Chabot Wildlife: Photos Of The Day
This stunning photo almost looks like a watercolor painting. Here's what created the special effect.
CASTRO VALLEY, CA — A visit to Lake Chabot is always filled with beauty and wildlife. Patch reader Karen Griego snapped these photos last May. The photo of ducks in the water looks like a painting or a special filter, but Karen tells us the effect was caused by pollen floating on the surface of the water.
