Not Forgotten: Castro Valley Cold Case Murder
She only lived 22 years and now twice that amount of time has passed since her body was found.

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — Alameda County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a cold case homicide from February 1975.
Geraldine Thomas, a 22-year-old woman, was found about two miles into a trail in Castro Valley on Feb. 9, 1975. She had last been seen at a "cookware party" on Dec. 20 of the previous year.
According to sheriff's officials, she was picked up by a black man who was about 45 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall with short cut salt-and-pepper hair and she was never seen again.
