A crew of about 20 people spend their early mornings at the San Lorenzo Unified School District's Central Kitchen, preparing lunches for children in the district's and other summer activities throughout Alameda County. Good Day Catering must have all 4,000 lunches ready to be trucked out by 8 a.m.
