Every year my friends and I go to Phoenix for some spring training baseball.
Besides baseball, we go to a museum one day as well.
This year we found the Phoenix Trolley Museum and went there.
There is a small shed on a side street with little or no notice if you weren't looking for it.
Inside is a restored trolley car and a shell of one that this small group of men are trying to get funds to recreate it to it's former glory too.
What stuck me that prompts me to write about it is that here is a piece of history that these men have dedicated over 30 years of their time and passion and when they are gone will anybody care?
So if your in Phoenix and like transit history, please stop by 25 W. Culver Street on weekends and visit them and see if maybe we can keep their dream from not being forgotten when their gone.
