CENTURY CITY, CA — A small earthquake rattled the Los Angeles region Friday morning. The magnitude 2.9 quake struck southwest of Century City just before 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Residents reported mild shaking throughout the Westside, South Bay and across much of Los Angeles. According to the US Geological Survey, shaking was felt as far north as Santa Clarita and east into the San Gabriel Valley.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injury.
