Rideshare Week has officially kicked off in Century City and it turns out that Century City commuters have some great spirit! While Rideshare Week promotes ridesharing as a means of getting to and from work, it’s really about using any of the alternate transportation options available to you—whether you vanpool, ride your bike, take the bus, or even drive during off-peak hours.

Each time you log a trip on Commute90067.org, you earn points and during Rideshare Week, we’re making an extra push for more of you to register on the website and log your commute.

Everyone who goes to www.commute90067.org and logs their commute from now to October 5 will be entered in a daily drawing to win one of several $40 gift cards to popular Westfield Shopping Center favorites like AMC Theatres, Yogurtland, and H&M. At the end of Rideshare Week, the category winner (one of those who earns the most points) for carpooling, vanpooling, biking, using public transportation, driving during off-peak hours, and walking will be awarded a $200 gift card to restaurants and stores like Rock Sugar, Cusp, Equinox Spa, Bloomingdales, and Pink Taco.

The commuter who earns the most points at the end of Rideshare Week will also be the lucky winner of a Diamondback Hybrid Bicycle! Can you tell we’re excited about Rideshare Week?!

The Commute 90067 Rideshare Booth will be on the northwest corner of Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Blvd. tomorrow, October 4^th from 11:30 am—2:30 pm. We’ll be offering free donuts, coffee and snacks to get you in the Rideshare mood. Everyone who stops by and enters their business card will be registered on Commute 90067 and entered to win one of five $20 Starbucks gift cards. Also, all those who register and log their commutes will be entered to win one of the many daily and weekly Rideshare Week prizes. It really doesn’t get better than that, so come by and say hi.
