Meet Our Newest Patch Blogger: Vladan

Hi all!

As my first post on Westwood-Century City Patch, I thought it would be proper to tell you a little about myself and what you can expect to read on my blog.

I am a 20+ year resident of West Los Angeles who has a passion for real estate both as primary residences and as investments. My love for my business has inspired me to actively run and blog on several different platforms and I hope to share with you both accurate housing trends in Westwood as well as tips and tricks having to do with real estate.

Another passion of mine is food. I consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur of anything edible. Nothing makes me happier than a home cooked meal but we do try to get out and taste what the city has to offer. I will write about what recipes we enjoy and share with you good eats all over Westwood.

In addition to real estate and dining, you can expect to read a bit about pets and cars. I am a petrol-head at heart and a true car enthusiast. I also have a pet Chihuahua named Lucky and despite being the laziest dog in the neighborhood, he's an extremely lovable and charismatic guy.
