Westwood Real Estate: Some Real Numbers

There are some interesting things happening in Westwood real estate. As a Westwood real estate agent, I am always studying the market and trying to gauge on what’s selling and what is not. I have been a real  estate agent for over 8 years. I started in 2004 and sold property through the heights of the market and sold property when you saw depreciation during a 45 day escrow. Property sales dwindled in the last couple years but lately things are changing.

Consider Westwood homes for sale — in the last three months, there have been 52 homes sold in Westwood. Of these 52 homes that sold, 23 homes sold above asking price.
