Self Defense Workshop
Saturday11JulyREADY TO BUILD LIFE-SAVING HABITS, PRACTICAL SAFETY SKILLS, AND UNSTOPPABLE CONFIDENCE?
Our 90-Minute Self-Defense Intensive is designed exclusively to give you the real-world awareness, physical mechanics, and tactical presence needed to recognize, avoid, and navigate potential threats to your personal safety. This is not about complex choreography or brute strength—it is about efficient, leverage-based physical mechanics that work regardless of your size, age, or fitness level.
Through hands-on, realistic, and empowering partner drills, you will master:
SITUATIONAL AWARENESS & THREAT DE-ESCALATION: How to read environmental red flags, maintain spatial awareness, and completely avoid danger before it escalates.
ASSERTIVE BOUNDARY SETTING: Using your verbal commands, vocal presence, and assertive body language as a powerful physical deterrent.
TACTICAL ESCAPE MECHANICS: Simple, devastatingly effective techniques to break free from common attacks, including wrist grabs, headlocks, and ground-holds.
THE POWER OF LEVERAGE: Learning how to neutralize a larger, stronger attacker using structural body alignment instead of muscle power.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Absolutely NO martial arts experience is required. Whether you are completely new to self-defense, looking to sharpen your safety habits, or wanting to build functional muscle memory that kicks in under stress, this supportive and encouraging workshop is built for you.
