Cosby to Be Questioned Again in Alleged Playboy Mansion Sex Assault
Bill Cosby is fighting an April date to be deposed again for allegedly drugging and assaulting a teenager at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.
An April 7 date was set today for Bill Cosby to be deposed again in connection with a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims the comedian sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15 years old.
But Cosby’s attorneys will be back in court in Santa Monica March 30 to ask that the entire case be put on hold, which would delay the deposition.
Cosby’s attorneys have denied any wrongdoing by the comedian, who has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting nearly 50 women across the country. He is facing criminal charges involving one woman in Pennsylvania.

Cosby was deposed in October by attorney Gloria Allred, who represents Judy Huth. Huth alleges in her court papers that she has suffered “psychological damage and mental anguish” throughout her life, but only recently discovered the problems were “caused by the sexual abuse perpetrated by Cosby.”
Her lawsuit alleges sexual battery, intention infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
