Crash, Downpour Backup 405 Freeway for Miles
Commuters are being urged to avoid the northbound 405 in West Los Angeles.

A crash on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway at Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles has backed up traffic for miles, reports KCAL9. It’s unclear if the rain falling in the area was a factor in the crash.
