Artisan soba makers Sonoko Sakai and Mutsuko Soma will host a pop-up soba restaurant and sake bar featuring freshly stoned and milled handcrafted soba prepared with a choice of traditional or modern ingredients and garnishes and specialty grilled onigiri.
