Ladies, Lunch & Literacy

Join fellow Westwood book lovers for lunch Tuesday, March 20, at Campagnola Trattoria with critically acclaimed debut novelist Stephen Dau. The event benefits PEN in the Classroom, a literacy program that matches writers with schools.

Dau's new novel, The Book of Jonas, is the story of a young Muslim war orphan whose family is killed in a military operation gone wrong, and the American soldier to whom his fate, and survival, is bound.  Kirkus Reviews
called it “a literary tour de force."

Cost for the event is $75, which includes lunch, a signed
hardcover edition of The Book of Jonas, and a donation benefitting PEN in the Classroom.
