Reader's Theatre for Kids

Kiids, grades 4-6, will learn the basics of staged reading by bringing to scary life a group of spooky tales at this six session workshops. At the end of the program, kids will read and perform the stories on which they have been working for an invited audience. The workshop will be taught by local actress/director/playwright Melanie MacQueen, who is also the creator and Program Director of Kids Acting Out at Theatre 40.

The workshop sessions are on Tuesdays beginning September 13 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Sign ups and more information available at the Reference Desk.
