Angel Romero Conductor
The West Los Angeles Symphony celebrates its 19th Anniversary with a Russian-themed program which will feature the Los Angeles orchestral debut of sensational young piano virtuoso, Ms. Di Wu, playing Rachmaninoff. Praised in The Wall Street Journal for "her playing...with dazzling mastery," Ms. Wu has made recent debuts under the batons of Maestros James Conlon, Charles Dutoit, and Miguel Harth-Bedoya. The evening will also include a dramatic duet from Tchaikovsky's opera, "The Queen of Spades." This thrillingFREE concert will be conducted by Grammy-winner, Sir Angel Romero.
