Two firefighters were hurt battling a fire at a two-story home construction site in Bel Air.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A fire accidentally sparked by workers damaged a two- story Bel Air home that was being renovated and left two firefighters with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the 1000 block of Bel Air Road about 10 a.m. extinguished the flames in 37 minutes and prevented the fire from spreading to vegetation or other homes, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The blaze was caused by workers doing roofing work, he said.
