Homeowners Get Prepared for Emergencies

Neighbors from Comstock Hills Homeowners Association attended their first in a series of classes offered for emergency preparedness on Saturday. According to President Jan Reichmann, the HOA is gathering personal data through its secure website to be disseminated to block captains when disaster strikes. 

A central command post will be headed by Safety Chairman Chris Brooks who organized the meeting conducted by Mike Stajura, CERT coordinator for the LA Fire Department. 

CHHOA is located in Westwood east of Beverly Glen Blvd. and south of Wilshire Blvd.
