Distinguished speakers highlight the region's most notable real estate developments.

As a community with a huge emphasis on development, Century City’s upcoming State of the City event will discuss the area’s forthcoming endeavors. On Thursday, March 24, 2016, a raw space within Century Plaza Towers (2049 Century Park East, 15th floor) – with panoramic views of the construction cranes in the skyline – will set the stage as Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti; 5th District Councilmember Paul Koretz; Community Relations Manager at Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Eric Geier, and an all-star panel delve into key topics involving various forms of real estate development.
The brainchild of the Business, Entertainment, & Law (BEL) Council of the Century City Chamber of Commerce, State of the City was the result of a number of development projects in the works. “From residential to retail to healthcare, Century City is transforming and actively growing,” said Susan Bursk, President and CEO of Century City Chamber.
The panel will be moderated by The Real Deal Los Angeles Managing Editor Hannah Miet, and will include Westfield Senior Vice President U.S. Development John Marshall; Wanda Group Deputy General Manager Rohan a’Beckett (for One Beverly Hills); Woodbridge Capital Advisors Chief Executive Officer Michael Rosenfeld (for Century Plaza hotel); California Rehabilitation Institute Chief Executive Officer John Behzad; and Urban Concepts Principal Bill Christopher (for Fox Studios).
