Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash On 405 Freeway
The crash took place about 2:35 p.m. on the northbound 405 Freeway at Wilshire Boulevard.
LOS ANGELES, CA -- A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries Friday when their bike collided with a vehicle on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Westwood, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash took place about 2:35 p.m. on the northbound 405 Freeway at Wilshire Boulevard, CHP Officer Alex Rubio said.
The motorcyclist was transported in a hospital in very serious condition, Rubio said.
No other injuries were reported.

CHP officers temporarily shut down the carpool and three left lanes of the freeway, issuing a SigAlert at 2:57 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
