Short Shorts Distract Guard As Robbers Ransack LA Mansion
A woman in short shorts distracted a security guard so her cohorts could overpower him and rob a mansion in Beverly Crest.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A group of armed thieves ransacked a Beverly Crest mansion Monday morning in the West Los Angeles area with the help of a woman who distracted the home's security guard with her short shorts.
According to police, the robbery happened at a multimillion-dollar home in the 1200 block of Tower Road shortly after 1 a.m. Monday. A woman distracted the security guard, giving her four male cohorst an opportunity to overpower the guard at gunpoint and zip-tie him. The robbers then ransacked the home while the guard was disabled, according to Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section
"A female black wearing short shorts and a furry jacket distracted the guard," Eisenman said. That enabled four males to overpower the guard, zip- tie him, take his guns and burglarize the house.
