SigAlert: Rollover Crash Backs Up 10 Freeway

Traffic was backed up for miles on the eastbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway​ in the West Adams area.

LOS ANGELES, CA — All lanes on the eastbound Santa Monica (10)Freeway near Normandie Avenue have been reopened after a rollover crash triggered a SigAlert on the eastbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in the West Adams area Monday afternoon.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a rollover crash near Normandie Avenue in the West Adams area, but no one wastaken to a hospital. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened when a single vehicle slammed into the center divider. A SigAlert is in effect and eastbound freeway traffic is backed up for miles to La Cienega Boulevard.
