Stress Reduction & Chair Yoga with Lev Eisha Hadassah on 4/29

Join Lev Eisha Hadassah for an introduction to Chair Yoga on Tuesday, April 29, from 7-9 p.m. taught by Nicole Mixdorf, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist and President and Founder of Yoga by Nature, LLC (www.yogabynature.com). No experience is necessary for this beginner’s class, which includes gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation. It will be held at Hadassah Southern California, 455 S. Robertson Blvd,, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.

The class will help you:

· Let go of stress and feel better equipped to handle daily responsibilities.

· Enhance concentration by eliminating distracting thoughts.

· Improve your comfort while sitting at your desk.

· Learn exercises you can do anytime you need a quick break.

· Improve posture, flexibility, and balance.

Admission is $18/person (payable at the door), which includes dessert and a small donation to Hadassah. MEMBERSHIP SPECIAL: If you join Hadassah that night, you get in for free! Annual membership is $36, Life is $212.
