The Latest on the Evacuation at Avenue of the Stars
The bomb squad investigation of a suspicious package closed down portions of Avenue of the Stars.

A suspicious package found at a Century City office building prompted evacuations and a street closure before a bomb squad determined it posed no threat.
The package was reported at 1:31 p.m. in a multi-tenant building at 2000 Avenue of the Stars, said Officer Jack Richter of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations section.
