Viewfinder: Dance on the Terrace

Visitors to Westfield Century City took time away from shopping Wednesday to learn the Electric Slide and the Power Jam as professional dance instructors taught country line dancing on the Level 2 Dining Terrace.

The dance lessons and live band will be offered Wednesdays through Oct. 12. Country and Bollywood are the most popular dances, but all are well attended, according to Westfield Century City Marketing Director Karla Villatoro.

The schedule for the rest of the season is as follows:

Sept. 21: Salsa with Octavio Figueroa

Sept. 28: Swing with Ameera & the NJBs

Oct. 5: Disco with The Bootie Shakers

Oct. 12: Bollywood with DJ Kamal
