Kasuya was pronounced dead at the scene. Redfoot and another man were taken to a hospital in grave condition after they were pulled from the wreckage of their Honda Civic, police said.

Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt confirmed the two men were considered brain dead. "Preliminarily it looks like the Civic ran the red light," he said.
