I book my appts w Karen. She has a better grasp on customer service. Greets people even though they may not be her customer. She is very personable but cant say that about the other employees. Maybe its a cultural thing. I really dont like when they talk to each other in Vietnamese but I will go back but only to Karen. P.S. They keep it pretty clean which is a plus.
