DOWNEY, Calif., May 6, 2014 — The new Kaiser Permanente Cerritos medical offices will open May 9 with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Members will begin to receive services at the two-story, 50,000-square foot facility on May 13. The medical offices, equipped with underground parking, will serve approximately 60,000 Kaiser Permanente members who live in the area.
Easily accessible from the 605 and 91 freeways, the full-service medical offices will offer convenient primary care, obstetrics-gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry, radiology and x-ray, laboratory and pharmacy services from more than 30 providers.

“This facility helps us bring to Cerritos the excellent care and services Kaiser Permanente is known for in a new, convenient location” said Rowena Javier, MD Physician In Charge of the facility.
The new medical offices, located about 6 miles from the Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center, allow members the ease of receiving care in their community while being connected to over 500 board-certified physicians of all specialties.

The facility will open to see the first patients on Tuesday, May 13, 2014.
