• The Red Cross and Hello Kitty® and Friends join forces to help save lives (redcross.org) — Cerritos residents can donate blood locally at the Cerritos Library on September 10 and at Norm Reeves Hyundai on September 11 as part of a countywide Red Cross drive. Donors between September 1–20 receive a limited-edition Hello Kitty-themed thank-you gift while helping stabilize the region's vulnerable blood supply. Appointments are encouraged through the Red Cross website or app.
