Authorities Search For Missing Girl Last Seen In Cerritos

The 11-year-old girl was last seen Friday morning leaving a Ross store in Cerritos.

CERRITOS, CA – The sheriff's department sought the public's help Monday in locating a young girl who was last seen at the Cerritos Towne Center last week.

Cristina Perry Ross, 11, was last seen about 11:30 a.m. Friday leaving the Ross store in the 12700 block of Towne Center Drive. She called her grandmother after leaving the store and said she was headed for the Pasadena area, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Cristina is described as black, 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 105 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. She was wearing a pink short-sleeved shirt with a flower print, ripped light-blue jeans, black Vans-style shoes and had her hair in a bun when she was last seen.

Anyone with information regarding the girl's whereabouts was urged to call (562) 860-0044 to speak with Detective Ryan Clinkingbeard at the sheriff's Cerritos Station.
