Big Rig Overturns, Closures On 91 & 605 Freeways

CERRITOS, CA – A big rig overturned Friday in Cerritos and a Sigalert was issued, prompting the closure of the transition from the eastbound Artesia 91 Freeway to the northbound San Gabriel River 605 Freeway.

The crash was reported about 10:15 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol, and motorists were advised that the closure was expected to last three hours.

No injuries were immediately reported. Crews were sent to clear the scene.
