Car Crashes Into Utility Pole In Santa Fe Springs, Knocking Out Power For Some
The driver was not taken to a hospital, meaning his injuries, if any, were not serious, police said.

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA — A vehicle crashed into a utility pole Monday in Santa Fe Springs, temporarily cutting power to some people in the area, authorities said.
The crash took place at 2:39 a.m. at Shoemaker Avenue and Molette Street, according to Whittier police Sgt. Steve Dean whose department patrols Santa Fe Springs.
The driver was not taken to a hospital, meaning his injuries, if any, were not serious, Dean said, adding there were no arrests.

The number of customers affected by the power outage was not immediately reported.
