Driver Killed in Paramount Big-Rig Crash
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol as an overturned big rig on the westbound 105 freeway transition to the 710 freeway.
PARAMOUNT, CA -- A man was killed early Friday in a big rig crash on a freeway in Paramount.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol as an overturned big rig at 1:33 a.m. on the westbound Glen Anderson (105) Freeway transition to the northbound Long Beach (710) Freeway, said CHP Officer Dion Conley.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, Conley said. No other vehicles were believed to be involved.

The transition road was closed to move the truck and was reopened by 4 a.m. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
