Baby & Me Yoga

Moms supporting moms! Join our Goddess Circle at La Palma Hospital.

What you can expect in Baby & Me Yoga:

Practice yoga with your baby! You can bring your baby (up to 9 mos) to yoga practice and not have to worry about leaving to change the baby's diaper or feed. Integrating baby into our poses & baby massage, you will learn to deeply connect to your baby through touch. You will also get a great stretch and strengthening workout!

Please bring a yoga mat, diaper bag, & baby toys (depending on age).
