Popotillo (little straw) is a thin, round, compact painted millet's straw. The material is mainly used in Mexico City. Children will be able to use this straw to make colorful pictures in wax to take home. Francisco Fraide, a Popotillo artist, will lead the workshop.
Artesia Library is hosting this program to celebrate Dia de los Ninos, Children's Day.
Every child will receive a free book.
