Come enjoy the universe inside the Library! Two planetarium shows will be presented to children ages 5-12 by Full Spectrum Educational Services. Children can gaze at the night sky, constellations and galaxies inside an inflatable planetarium. An arts and crafts project related to the solar system will also be offered. Space is limited to 40 participants per show. This program is presented by the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland; the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and the American Library Association in Chicago. Funding for the show is provided by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
