You may be sour that the summer is over, but use this list of fall fashion, flavors, and festivities to savor the season!

We're trading in our trendy summer swimsuits for fabulous fall fashions! So ditch your sundresses and flip-flops, and use this sales guide to snag some sassy scarves and boots!
- : In addition to their Fall Guide, the ever fashion-forward Forever 21 has this season's "it dress" on sale for just $12.40 until Sept. 29 and while supplies last. According to the event page, this knit dress will be the "key styling piece for fall layers."
- : The Cerritos location is hosting their annual Nordstrom Fits America to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure on Oct.21-22. With every bra purchased, this lacy and racy event will raise $2 for breast cancer research.
- : There are a number of family-friendly events at the Cerritos Sears location to keep your loved ones occupied while you shop! The department store is scheduled to host a variety of workshops plus a live appearance from reality TV star Audrina Patridge on Sept. 28.
Fall Flavors
The last few month of the year are reserved for the warm and comforting flavors of fall. See who is serving your seasonal favorites below.
- : This Southern Californian-based resturant will be serving up their famous Oktoberfest menu. In addition to their normal delicasies, Polly's will have two kinds of Hoagies, a German Pork Chop Dinner, and an Apple Streusel Pancake combo.
- : Acclaimed for their gourmet burgers, Red Robin has their Oktoberfest Burger available now through Oct. 16. Complete with a toasted pretzel bun slathered with beer mustard, this burger may be a tasty way to take-in the season.
- : New eateries are schedule to open this Fall, including Teavana, Stacked Food Well Built, and Lamajoon Mediterranean Shish Kabob.
Fall Festivities
The chilly winds that rustle through auburn leaves bring along the fanfare of fall. Don't miss a thing and attend all three events below!

- : The city plans to host the annual Halloween Festival at Cerritos Regional Park on Monday, Oct. 31. From 5pm to 9pm, the grassy fields will be filled with games and ghouls at the Teens and Family Fun Stage, the Happy Haunt Fun Zone, and the Haunted House.
- : The church's annual Oktoberfest Carnival is scheduled for Oct. 21-22. Presale tickets and unlimited-ride wristbands are available for purchase at the Rectory, school office, or in the religious education office.
- : A great selection of books will be available at bargain prices at the Friends Fall Book Sale. On Oct. 22-23, bookworms are welcome to take home all the books they can carry in their issued bags for just $2. A members-only presale is scheduled for Oct. 21.
