The Flame Broiler Opens New Location in Cerritos on January 9!

The Flame Broiler, a Southern California-based dining concept known for serving simple, healthy and delicious food while on the go continues its home state expansion with a new location in Cerritos on January 2! To celebrate, they will be offering a free regular-sized bowl to the first 25 people in the store!

This will be the first The Flame Broiler restaurant for franchisee Austin Mahr, a recent college graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. From a young age, Austin knew he wanted to own his own business after watching his father operate their printing company. As his dreams of becoming a business owner come true, he has plans to open an additional 4 locations in the area.

The Flame Broiler’s core menu features delicious rice bowls that start at only 370 calories. The bowls are made with non-GMO white or brown rice, certified Angus beef or all-natural chicken and freshly blanched cabbage, broccoli and carrots topped with chopped green onions. For an added flavor kick, guests are invited to top their bowls off with The Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce made with cayenne peppers or their Korean BBQ inspired Magic Sauce.
