1 Killed In 91 Freeway Shooting Investigation
The California Highway Patrol shut down several lanes of the Artesia (91) Freeway at Artesia Boulevard in Cerritos.
CERRITOS, CA — One person was killed Friday in a car-to-car shooting on the Artesia (91) Freeway in Cerritos.
The shooting was reported about 4:30 p.m. on the westbound side of the freeway in the area of Artesia Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The victim -- reported to be a man -- was taken to a hospital and was subsequently pronounced dead, according to the CHP.
