Man Killed, Another Injured in Crash at Norwalk's VFW Building
The driver died at the scene and his passenger was rescued and transported to the hospital with unknown injuries in critical conditions.

NORWALK, CA -- A man was killed Saturday and another was critically injured Saturday when their vehicle crashed into a Veterans of Foreign Wars building in Norwalk.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at 1 a.m. near the intersection of Front Street and Funston Avenue, Sgt. Eric Arias of the Sheriff's Norwalk Station said.
The driver was deceased at the scene and his passenger was rescued and transported to the hospital with unknown injuries in critical condition, Arias said.

No one was in the VFW building at the time of the crash.
The cause was under investigation and information about the extent of damage to the building was not immediately available.
