Man Killed In Bellflower Alley In Apparent Gang Shooting ID'd
Andreas Lara, 20, of Bellflower was shot about 5:10 p.m. Sunday in the 9400 block of Rosecrans Avenue and died at a hospital.
BELLFLOWER, CA -- Authorities Tuesday identified a young man who was gunned down in an apparent gang-related attack in an alley in Bellflower.
Andreas Lara, 20, of Bellflower was shot about 5:10 p.m. Sunday in the 9400 block of Rosecrans Avenue and died at a hospital, according to the coroner's office.
Lara and two other men were walking in the alley when a vehicle occupied by several men pulled up. An armed man got out and opened fire, mortally wounding Lara, whose companions were not injured, the sheriff's department reported.
